How do we purchase your product?
First, you need to decide which product that you like to purchase and how many quantity. Second, you need to email your order (products and quantity that you want to buy) and the delivery address to us at myowys@gmail.com. We will then inform you the total cost of the purchase including the shipping cost (the shipping cost depends on the product, the order quantity and the delivery address). If you are happy with the total cost and decided to go ahead with the purchase, then you need to make a payment. As soon as we receive your payment confirmation, we will deliver the goods to you.
Why do we need to email you? Can we just buy the product straight away?
You need to email us your order and the delivery address because we need to calculate the shipping cost for your order. The shipping cost depends on the product that you order, the quantity and the delivery address.
How Long is the delivery time?
For delivery within Australia, you should receive the goods within 3 to 5 working days. For International, the delivery is around 12 to 17 working days
What is your your methods of payment?
You can pay us using Paypal, Direct Debit and Bank Cheque. Personal Cheque is accepted, however, we will deliver the goods only after the cheque is cleared. We will let you know our Paypal account and bank account details on your email order confirmation.
